To easily top up your personal IBAN account using a VISA or MasterCard of any bank issued in your name, kindly follow these steps below.
Please note that the card verification process takes a small amount of time from several seconds to several minutes.
Step 1: Open the Quppy Wallet application and sign in using your code or Face ID.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Receive" Section in your IBAN.
Once logged in, locate the "IBAN Accounts" section on your main screen. This section is designed to make adding funds to your account as easy as possible. Here, you will find various options for topping up your account, including the option to use a VISA or MasterCard.
Step 3: Select the Top-Up by Card Method.
Select the "Card Transfer" option from the list of available top-up methods. This will allow you to use either your VISA or MasterCard to add funds to your personal IBAN account.
Step 4: Add New Card Details.
After selecting the Card Transfer option, you will be prompted to either add a card if you haven’t done it yet or chose between the already added ones. You can always add one more card by clicking the + section. To add a new card, you will be asked to verify this card by adding photos of both sides of the card to be added. Please note that only personal cards issued in IBAN holder name. In case your card is nameless, kindly contact our Support Team to verify this card.
Step 5: Specify the Amount.
Next, you will need to specify the account and the amount you wish to top up. Ensure that the amount entered is within the limits allowed by Quppy and does not exceed the transaction limits of your card.
Step 6: Confirm the Top up.
Before finalizing the transaction, review all the details you have entered to ensure they are correct. Once you are satisfied, click on the "Confirm" button to proceed.
Step 7: Enter the Card Details.
This includes your card number, expiration date, and CVC code. Rest assured, Quppy utilizes advanced security measures to protect your personal and financial information during this process.
Step 8: Confirm the Transaction.
You may be asked to complete a verification process by your card issuer, such as a one-time password (OTP) or other authentication methods, to authorize the transaction.
In case, the card issuing institution flags the top up as suspicious or high risk, kindly confirm and/or repeat the transaction. Thus, all the upcoming Quppy IBAN top ups via card will be processed as normal ones.
Step 9: Completion and Receipt.
After your transaction is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message from Quppy. The funds should appear in your personal IBAN account shortly. Just keep an eye on your account balance.
